Try Lily Allen. She was the Itunes artist of the week at one point, and is really good if you like the ska-pop kind of sound. She sings that song 'Smile' (At first, when I see you cry, and it makes me smiiilllee...) and 'LDN' (Sun is in the sky oh why, oh why would I wanna be anywhere else...). Those are two you might have heard before. Download a few from Itunes or listen on Yahoo! Music or Youtube just to get a taste of her music and style, to see if you like it, and if you do you can then get the rest of the album. My favorite songs of hers are: Smile, LDN, Alfie, Eveything's Just Wonderful, Friend of Mine, Friday NIght...they're all really fabulous!
