I think he made the right decision, but I felt angry when he was ACTING choked up. It didn't seem genuine at all, just more for the cameras.

I will never understand his reason for crying. The subject of the child is very important, but he does not know her!!!!!!!! I thought he was having a mental breakdown.

Actually, I have followed this on court TV, not just the news hi-lights and I can say that I think he was genuinely sad that the case was even brought before him. It was incredulous that a mother could be that cold-hearted and the evidence showed how
Anna Nicole felt about her mother. Also, he did rule in the best interest of her baby and made some strong recommendations for how they can all work together. He strongly recommended that a paternity test be done to resolve the question of who the father is. That will bring a lot of light into the situation. I was more shocked that her mother appealed the judge's decision than I was that the judge shed some tears. If you only saw what the news reported and didn't watch the whole thing on court TV, then, yes one one could come away with a feeling that he wasn't genuine, but since I had watch it all and saw the response he had to the issues that came up I think he really had some genuine empathy and cared more about the baby and her future than he did about the mom or even the so-called "daddy's". Anyway everyone is entitled to their opinion. I have just voiced mine.

Its Judge Larry Sheidlin and those were real tears...Maybe If you would have lost a Child you would know what it is like to lose somebody., I'm sorry i'm speaking from my own loss,,,.He deals with death all the time, I saw the emotion, right from the start, when he ordered a lawer for the baby.......also isnt he also a brand new father....I'm sure he is not acting,.. If he did get his own show i would watch it.....I like him, anyhow .his only problem is that he is human.....He is just a Normal Judge, not those big time court tv big time OJ ,, what was his name, that black judge,,, he was good too, but I do tell you....court tv, did get boring now that he is gone.....Yawn.....I wanna know what happend to our mamma with the pampers.....i want to see that again

From an outsiders perspective.. let me tell you it looked very BAD!! if anyone suspected there was some rigging going on on.. they now have even more reason to believe it..

I dont agree with the decision.. because Howard Stern hasnt even been investigated yet.. and most of his claims are weak hearsay arguements.. clearly Anna had little interest in him since she was with other men the night before she died.. and yet the judge hands him the keys to the palace.. this is very strange..

If ever there was a case of skewed justice.. this is it

It probably was more for the cameras then anything else but I didn't know her at all and even I shed a tear or two...maybe it was legit...who knows? One thing I do know is that the judges are elected there..appearing to care can only help his career..

He is true to his nickname, Sideshow Sheidlin. He's in it for the publicity, and the money. Those "tears" were the worst performance I've seen since Idol Auditions.

I personally think there is something seriously wrong with him. I mean, he is supposed to be an honorable judge. I think he played into the media beings the cameras were there. It was his chance to gain recognition.

he made the right decision but i was a little angry as well that he was crying. it is obvious that he is possibly trying out to get his own tv court show.

Honestly, I don't think you can judge anyone! Would you want someone saying you were fake. I think he was upset, we are human and maybe he was sympathetic to the situation...if it was fake, it is not for me to decide.

Actually I would be relieved if I thought he was acting. What a sap....I think he is sad because his week or two of fame is gone.
