Hulk Hogan convinced Vince McMahon's secretary to go on a radio show before it was announced that Dusty and Hennig were going in. She said that the WWE is considering the following names........ The Von Erichs, Ultimate Warrior, The Original Sheik, Ric Flair, Mr. Fuji, Nick Bockwinkel, Muhammed Ali, Mr. T, Mike Tyson, Howard Finkel, Jim Ross, Ken Patera, King Curtis, Ted DiBiase, Jake "The Snake" Roberts, Honky Tonk Man, Randy Savage, Dusty Rhodes, Dick Ebersol (NBC Executive responsible for creation of Saturday Night's Main Event), The Wild Samoans, Big Boss Man, Bob Backlund, Rick Rude, The Bushwhackers, Rocky Johnson and The Brooklyn Brawler.
Now, notice that Hennig is not on that list, meaning Vince may have added him last minute to throw people off. From what I've heard, the people that are locks from that list are Bockwinkel, Ross, Lawler and the Samoans, which still leaves some slots open. Backlund probably has the worst chance considering he has been on TNA the last month. Sheik also has a good chance considering he was the promoter for Detroit Wrestling and Wrestlemania is in Detroit this year.

Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler will be inducted this year, they just haven't announced it yet.
If they want to legitimize the HOF, yes, I know that sounds funny to say, but Bruno Sammartino needs to be in it, too. He'd be the Bret Hart/Hulk Hogan sized inductee if they choose to do it this year.
