It's never really yours to begin with. It's simply a measure of your worth, and can be taken by one means or another at any time.

Yes it's still my money and they stole it from me (oh and you) and since no one in the Federal Government or State Government know how to spend money wisely I want my money back. Since I'm paying for a service I demand the best service I can get for my money.

Yes, it is MY money paid to MY government to be spent for goods, services and anything Charlie Rangle sees fit to spend it on. I did not vote for Mr Rangle or his party, so they are not representing me, but what can I do about that?
