what is the best cartoon movie from 2000 to 2006 in your opinion

i like The Wild, and Ice Age one and two. Cars and Over the Hedge were both good as well, but i have to say my Favorite one, and i don't know if you consider Anime as Cartoon or not but my Favorite was Howls Moving Castle
