I do have a fire resistant safe for important papers, yes. It's not chained to the foundation though. If someone trys to steal the foundation they might as well have my papers too though.

YES, BUT NOT CHAINED TO THE HOUSE. AND IT'S SO FULL IT NEEDS TO BE CLEANED OUT, WON'T SHUT, SO THAT MAKES IT NOT FIRE SAFE.

how funny! i was just thinking of that last night bc mine aren't in something safe like that. but i watch that show on tv where the thieves break in and when they redo the houses, everyone gets a safe. i was thinking maybe i should get one.
