A hicky is just a bruise that you get from being kissed with teeth and sucking going on...
It won't kill you unless maybe if you're a haemophiliac. But then, that's just bruises in general.
Don't worry about it, that is all a hicky is; a potentially embarrassing bruise.

It won't directly kill you, but it can indirectly kill you. You can get skin cancer from a hickey. Sucking breaks blood vessels and brings the blood to the surface of the skin, which isn't the best. But there a VERY few cases of this phenomenon so don't worry about it. Suck away : )

You could "die" of embarassment for doing something so tacky..... But I don't think it's mortal.

never heard of anyone dying from one but its kinda lookin like a blood clot.if your worried maybe you shouldnt do it
