can people who are ticklish not tickle themselves?

can people who are ticklish, not tickle themselves? Even when someone tickles them they are expecting it.

I am not ticklish, just a thought I had earlier.

hey your right! because our bodies know not to be ticklish, that feeling is so uncomfortable
