My period is a couple days late and all the test I take come up negative. I have been really tired lately and going to the bathroom all the time. I feel nauseated in the morning also. Am I prego. or am I just going to be getting my period late?

You need to call your doctor and get a blood test to know for sure.

I got a false negative with my second son. (Which is why I've vowed to only ever buy at least a two-pack of the tests.) On the other hand, I've also been a few days late and not been pregnant. Once, I was almost a week late.

If I were you, I'd wait a day or two and take another test. And I've read that the best time to take the test is first thing in the morning. If you don't have the money for one, you can usually look in the Yellow Pages to find a pregnancy clinic that offers free testing.

As for the way you're feeling, you may be pregnant. But I'd be careful not to convince yourself you are before you know for sure. I've done that a few times, and while I was sometimes relieved, it's still sad to have gotten your hopes up for nothing.

You may not be making enough of the hormon that the at home tests detect. I would wait a couple more days and try again if it is still negative or if you really are that worried about it go see your doctor and have them give you a blood test that should tell you for sure. All of your symtoms are things you get in the early stages of both pregnancy and periods but you know your body the best and no one but a doctor or a positive test can tell you for sure if you are pregnant or not. Good Luck.

You should go to the doctor & have them do a blood test. Not all at home pregnancy tests are 100% accurate & the best way to know for sure is to just go to the doctor. Plus, even if you're not pregnant you should still goo because obviously something is effecting your cycle & you need to know what. A lot of things can effect your cycle: stress, diet, sickness, infections, etc. I had a friend of mine not get her period for three months & took 6 at home tests that all came up negative & when she finally went it was some kind of infection causes her to not get her period. Also weight has a lot to do with it too. I had a friend who was very petite & she would only get her period once every couple of months. Best bet, go straight to your doctor asap.

It's a wait game, and that's what you have to do. Wait.

You can't rush things!! I know you want answers so you can ease your mind, however the more you worry and stress over it, the longer your period could be late.

I know you're smart enough to know that If you had unprotected sex during the time that you could have conceived, than you do have a good chance of being pregnant. However, stress can do a million and one things to our bodies. And it just so happens that one of them is delaying our periods.

My advice to you is relax a little, and try not to worry about it.

good luck.

Stress can delay a period.
and immaculate conception is when the mind convinces the body that it is pregnant.
So you have mock symtoms.

It could be iether one of those.
Hod get an in-doctor test. store bought ones aren't always accurate
