i usually wait 3 days and pump and dump my milk. so far everything seems fine.i usaully do cocaine once a week

It seems strange that a mother who snorts coke cares enough to breast feed.................

Coke is detectable on drug tests for about 5 days. Therefore the method you are using for breastmilk would be putting coke into your babies system. Either buy formula and give your baby a chance at a drug free start at life, or stop doing coke so you can breastfeed. I am not judging your life choices, but just dont think you are making a wise choice as a breastfeeding mother. If you are not feeding formula for financial reasons(formula IS expensive) than maybe you should consider the money your wasting on blow.
Your baby should come first right now.

You shouldn't be breastfeeding at all if you're doing drugs but apparently all that coke you do has clouded your judgment. But then again buying formula for your baby instead of breastfeeding is out of the question cause you spend all your money on cocaine and cant afford formula. Do yourself a favor and stop doing ANY drugs and take care of your child.

it's not just cocaine its self you have to worry about, but it's metabolites as well note I said metabolites and not just one metabolite, plus depending on how long you've been doing cocaine, then your body might be adjusting to it thus you need more cocaine to reach that same high, if that is the case then some cocaine might actually be getting in the breast milk as well, either case, the previous posts are correct in saying that you should switch to formula if you are trully concerned about this. Any benefit of breast milk is severely outweighed by the possibility of your baby receiving these chemicals in his/her's system.

Look at your baby.............look at what you do to him/her. Do you know that we as parents are their only hopes. Make your baby your everything because once you become a mother their should not be any openings left for you to think about you first. Its all about your baby. Just think about your baby, and if you still feel the way you do, do your child a favor, let a real mommy take care of him/her.

Then i suggest you dont breast feed at all!... they do got formula also consider giving yo baby to loved ones till you get over your cocaine habit
