Honestly.. this case smacks of being setup and rigged.. from an outsiders point of view.. IT LOOKS REALLY BAD!!
It kind of exposes what many people suspect happens in Hollywood.. stars are made then knocked off to benefit who?? Well.. to benefit people of Howard Stern's ilk.. and its no surprise that nearly everyone involved in this case.. including the judge were of the same ilk!! How the HELL did that guy become a judge at only age 28!!!!! He was a taxi driver before that!!
He didnt even examine facts like.. WHO gave her the drugs.. obviously it was Howard Stern of course.. the guy who will now walk away with the grand prize!!
American public prosecutors MUST ACT.. otherwise.. the US legal system looses a tonne of credability in the eyes of the world.. who are watching this case..

Do you really want a vote or is this just a statement of what you believe happened pulling facts out of your ace? Nobody cares, not Hollywood, not anybody else. If they both died by an O.D., they killed themselves, no matter where they got the drugs from. Junkies like them, the more money you throw at them, the more they turn into junk. For all I could care, she had it coming to her. I heard of foot massages and all her husband did for her, then I thought she did the same back when she was dancing for her billionaire husband, she was white trash before she married that Marshall guy for her money. It is life taking a bit of a pay back and nothing else.

It seem's that you may have a point. We were talking the same idea over in my family.She often seemed out of it.If they had really cared about her well being why would he have given her drug's.Very illogical that a nurse who was suppose to be taking care off her didn't do C.P.R? And that 911 call was strange too.I really feel sorry for her.I think it's possible her death was not an accident.And that crying judge what's up with that?

Howard K is shady we all know that but, I dont think he's stupid, meaning, he's been living off of her for years, dsnt need his own money , he got to ride on the coat-tails of her celebrity status, I think her ( untimely) death was a shock to him as well as the rest of the world
not to say that he is completely blameless for her potential demise ( a true friend would'nt have stood by and let her waste away)
He knows the babys not his thats why he kept enabling her while she was pregnant, hoping she would mis-carry, that would be one less beneficiary to contend with
Im sure he tried to get her to make him beneficiary and she refused cuz of Daniel
Well he got rid of Daniel and that still ddnt get him any closer
theres still Dannielynn his only alternetive was to say he's the father that way he gets the money,

It has been proven that Anna Nicole's son died of a self-induced drug overdose. The circumstances of Anna's death are still a mystery, since the coroner that examined her could not accurately identify a cause.
They should proceed with a DNA test on the baby and prove who the father is once and for all so we can be done with all the celebrity hype.

Of course they were both murdered. It's entirely too convenient that she fought for all of those years to gain control of the money, and when she finally gets some of it.both she and her heir are dead? With a little baby not named in the will, and no mention of any future heirs there...hmm...it's just too fishy. I feel bad for Anna Nicole, though..she may have been dumb and trashy, but now she won't know the happiness of raising her daughter.

I'm not an Anna fan, as in I don't know much about her. I know about this case and I've been hearing a lot about her since the birth of her daughter and her sons death.
I don't think that they were murdered. I think it was more towards suicide for the both of them.

No i dont think she was murdered. The woman had a lot to deal with. She lost her husband, lost her son, had a baby, dont know who the baby's daddy is, and then she dies. I think Anna Nicole Smith needs to rest and people should just leave it alone.

I personally don`t think they were murdered. The court proceedings right now are to determine where Anna Nicole should be buried they are not a murder trial.
