When you were a teenager what was your normal Saturday like?

Question

would you answer some of my open questions too please I like to get a lot of answers.

I would be up at the crack of dawn.
Make lunch,take some fruit
Came home way after dinner at night
Been fishing and swimming all day
Or went rollerskating
Or play hide and seek in the moors
Never a dull moment
I'd do it all again,school and all.

I would get up and get ready to go out. I would meet up with my friends and hang out either outside or we would go to this place called Pop's Place which was a luncheonette where they had pool tables in the back with video games and poker machines. We were allowed to gamble and sometimes we won so we would have extra money for drinking and smoking that night. There was also a video store in the neighborhood which 2 of our friends worked in so sometimes we would go hang out there but that would be mostly on Sundays. Saturday night comes along and we all get together after dinner and go straight to the store to buy 40 ozs and cigarettes and maybe even some pot. We would all go to either the park or to hang out behind the library which was across the street from the park. We would have so much fun all time. Not a care int he world except for who was buyingf the next beers, who had an extra $20. Not like now husbands, bills and kids. Not so much fun. Now its the kids turns to have the fun but not yet mine is only 6 months old and hes my one 7 only so far.

Meeting a bunch of girlfriends at someone's house and then going up to the center of townand walking around a while then getting a soda or ice cream at the ice cream shop -- or to the movies--or hanging out at the Teen Rec Center where local bands would play .
That was evenings -- during the day just cleaning my room and then going to a friend's house to listen to music and talk girl-talk .

the only day i really would get out of bed early any other day it was a fight

i would watch bozo the clown and the bugs bunny cartoons
we had tom and jerry and all those real old ones
it was black and white tv

then i would have a bowl of oat meal and get dressed in the summer or winter we always went outside we spent most of the day outside during hunting season we would be to young to go so we would watch for papa and help when he brought something back
tea was at 4
back out then supper at 6 bath at 7 and bed by 730

The fact that you are saying “When you were a teenager” and I am a teenager I will say that I like to go somewhere special and meet other people but that has changed now I do something else fun and I don’t want to say it because everybody is going to complement on it so I will just stick with what I have is that I like to go somewhere and have fun with my family.

My parents made me do laundry and housework on Saturdays when I was a teenager. As I got older my Mom and I used to go get mani/pedi's at the mall every Saturday.

Ah...the good ol' days when Mom and Dad paid for everything.

During football season in high school I played football. Afterwrds I usually would hang out with friends in the neihborhood, camping out and stuff like that. During the summer on Saturday.s I liked to do a lot of outdoor activites like riding my bike all over (before I had a car) playing sports. going swimming and stuff like that.

I'm a teenager. I like to hang out down-town with my friends, drinking coffee, eating brooklyns pizza, and listen to music or go to local shows and concerts. Fun.

Go out with my buddies and try to find someone to buy beer, then go dance and get turned down by a lot of girls...got lucky sometimes...or just cruise the drag...

I went to the mall alot we didn't necessarily have money but it was fun to hang out. Sometimes me and friends would put our money together and go get appetizers at O' Charley's and load up on free bread and water, and at Olive Garden to.
