Can you point me to a website that describes the details of their similarity?

Similarity of name only, really. Kukulcan (the Mayan equivalent of Quetzalcoatl) was a deity who taught the Toltecs and Mayans skills such as law, agriculture, fishing, and medicine. His name translates to "Feathered Serpent".

Cuchulain was a semi-divine hero of Ulster (son of a mortal and the god Lugh) whose name means "the Hound of Chulainn". (reference to a task he had to perform before becoming a hero) He was a warrior who fought the armies of Queen Maeve of Connacht and was eventually defeated due to his refusal to consider the sexual overtures of the goddess Morrigan.

There really aren't any correlations between the two. If anything, Kukulcan would more likely be compared to Cuchulain's father, Lugh, as a deity who taught his people and had many skills.
