If the shot after the foul goes in, it's counted. So blocking such shot should be credited in the stat sheet.

No, it is not. Yes, the shot counts if it goes in, since it's a continuation, however if it was a miss the FG attempt is not counted, thus any block would also not be counted.

I am assuming you are talking about a defensive block, not a player control foul. Once a player is fouled in the act of shooting, there can be no block credited. The only stats that happen is if the ball goes in, it counts as a shot and made basket. If the shot doesn't go in, there is no shot attempt credited to the shooter - thus there can be no block on a shot not taken.

No, a block only counts if it happens during playtime, not after a foul or during a foul.

Also, many block shots are not counted because it was a partial block (deflection) off a defender's fingertips. Many airballs result.

it should be counted because it someone attempts the block and the refs call goal tending. The goal tending counts and the player shooting freethrows is awarded the two points.

No because a fouled shooter does not get accounted for the field goal if it is not made.

No, because the play is over, and the block happened after the play was over.
