One week from now. Otherwise, I'd say "next next week".

Depending on whom your talking to most would say 1 week is Next week however there are those that are fashionably late meaning they show up for there 9 am appointment 15-20 minutes late. So in the case of 1 week could be 2 weeks or something like that.

If I were to say "next week" on a Monday, it could mean almost two weeks time would pass before the anticipated event. My interpretation of next week would be that I would have until the end of the following week, which would be 12 days away, to complete the task.

Depends upon the day of the week that this is said, ie Monday or Friday. I usually think it means anytime during the next calendar week. So for a Monday, that may be a full week, but for a Friday it could mean in just a few more days.

This is such a great question because I always argue over this. When I say next week, I mean just that, NEXT WEEK-1 WEEK FROM NOW! Not 2 weeks from now. If I meant 2 weeks from now I would say, in 2 weeks,.....Why do people always disagree about this? It is so annoying. Hopefully, you agree with me!
