Does 49 Senators give you a mandate??
I thought a mandate would be like 67 Senators?

After further thought If 49 is a mandate the Republicans have one also. Is that not correct?

I think the mandate was from the voting public.
Republicans have no ethics, I mean, you're actually slimier than clinton. Distortions of the truth to the nth degree.
