Is this a example of evolution, daily stories of them hunting in pacts, communicating in a unusual way.

probably not evolution, it takes hundreds of years to change the gene pool. theyve probably been doing this stuff for a long time and it just hasnt been noticed by scientists before, or they recently learned how to do it by mimicking native humans. or scientists have known they do this but the media is acting like its new to make an interesting story- they do that a lot

This is not an example of evolution, but just the result of careful examination by the scientists. A species, as a whole, does not evolve overnight (or in a few generations). Probably, the communication between chimpanzees already existed millenia ago, and just recently was discovered.
