Most presidents have had previous political experience. Not only that but they have a large number of aids which help them out. Also all of their secretaries(defence, state, finance, etc.) help them with their coresponding fields. All of our presidents have been knowledgable individuals(yes, even bush) and already know what to do when they enter office. Despite popular belief the democrats are usually less educated than the republicans.
