This was in a cartoon before 1990. It may possibly have been Vincent Price who was the 'bad guy' in the cartoon, with "Toad" as his sidekick. The bad guy would bonk Toad on the head when he messed up the "Master's" plot and say, "Bad toad! Bad toad!" I think I even recall the toad whacking himself on the noggin a few times saying the same thing because he knew his master was about to. He used to flick his tongue out to catch flies too. The relationship between the master and Toad reminded me of the relationship between Noheart and Beastly in the Care Bears cartoon. I've been trying to figure out what this cartoon was for YEARS and have been unable. Hopefully someone out there has an answer! Thanks

The Drak Pack
Drak, Frankie and Howler are teenage descendents of some very popular monsters. Now they fight for what's right in their bizarre misadventures with the Nefarious Dr Dred and his gang - the Organisation of Generally Rotten Endevours (OGRE) Origin of the phrase "Bad Toad, Bad Toad!" as said by a useless henchman who would smack himself on the head.
