Augustus was the first thing that popped in my head, but now I can't get it out. Those are very strong names, so the middle name would have to be just as strong I think.
Another thought is to combine those names:
Octavio Valentin
Valentin Octavio

Given that the first and last names have multiple syllables, a one or two-syllable middle name would likely flow best. I presume you're going for something with a Hispanic or Latin flavor here? How about...

I think it's always nice for there to be a personal or family connection to a name. Look at names of relatives/ancestors (first and last names can both be good middle names) and see if there is a name with a good fit.
