I personally think he did do it,but at the same time i dont think they had enough evidence to convict him of murder,i thought he was gonna be found innocent....O.J had more evidence against him and he got away with murder....and did Scott get a fair trial or was he "considered guilty" before his trial even started?thats not a fare trial if from the begining you are already considered guilty...in my opinion

Scott is innocent. There were a lot of bitchy feminists on the jury and they unfairly convicted him.

Almost everybody who has done a little research on this case knows that the case was made up of circumstantial evidence. But, there was an overwhelming amount of it.

His planning and execution of the murder was almost flawless, but his behaviour afterward was not. He ordered two hardcore porn channels on cable TV within days of Laci's disappearance, sold her car, and wanted to put their house up for sale. Who does these things when you're in a state of panic because your wife has gone missing?

The media swarmed all over this story (I saw the news of her disappearance break on Larry King), and when the media are involved to such a degree, I suppose there are always questions about whether the jury will be biased.

Do I think there was enough evidence to convict him? Yes I do.
Did he get a fair trial? Maybe not.

One thing I will add to this is that I don't agree with his death sentence... not on circumstantial evidence. I support the death sentence, but only in open and shut cases. In those cases I also believe that no appeals should be allowed, and the execution should be carried out within a month.

Well if this is how you feel, then you also admit that OJ didn't get a fair trial. I mean society deemed him as guilty before he ever got out of the Bronco...yet he got off on murder charges. Was it wrong? You bet. Scott did get a fair trial. It wasn't just speculation and bodies washing up on shore. Just as in the OJ case, there was DNA evidence against him hon. It just wasn't made as public as the OJ case. He did it, and he is where he should be.

Scott should have been a famous black athlete with a predominantly black jury.
Scott went fishing and they found the bodies in the same bay he fished at.Case closed.
