Thankfully, I am tucked away in my own office much of the day. It gets busy, but I try to find peace in it all.
At night...I try to take time for myself...when the house is quiet. I read, light candles, listen to music....or work on some little project. I guess my answer is...lol...everyday.

Everyday day after work for about 30min to 1hr to wind down relax my mind and not leave the work stuff in the office so I can pay attention to family matters etc. Taking a nap after work is a great way to wind down.

I don't take "quiet time", but I generally maintain my inner peace.
