Sometimes But when I see sombody else doing it I relize it was mean and I say somthing then i feel bad! I dont do it any more.

Yes -- I work with this really nice person and people are in an out of here talking all the time. Sometimes I am supposed to be in on the conversation and not know it and I block out what she's talking about and to who. I need to stop doing that cuz I think I'm missing out on information I may need to know.

yea and guy I broke up with and he tried fighting with me at a bar infront of a lot of people. He was being really rude and if I acted out on him I would have been put in jail...so I ignored him when he was right in my face....

Only if they seem threatening to me, or if I already know them and do not wish to engage them in conversation. Otherwise, ignoring a person is totally rude.

Have I before yes, do i try to no. Unless it is someone who is talking just to hear themselves then yeah why listen, just because they are there doesn't mean they want to be noticed by you

I hate to admit it, but I have done that. Sometimes if they are really annoying and you just want them to go away that's the only way to make it happen!!

If I don't feel like talking or I don't like the person.
If they are checking me out & I'm not interested.
If I don't notice them.
