Unfortunately, stretch marks cannot be completely eliminated. They're due to the break down of elastin fibers in the tissue just under the skin. Once this occurs there really is no way to repair it. If somebody really needs the stretch marks removed, a surgeon would actually cut that region of skin out (which actually may leave a scar!).
There are some laser techniques and some topical agents that may improve the appearance somewhat but the stretch marks themselves remain. Consulting a dermatologist would be advisable.

To prevent stretch marks effectively use cocoa butter or a mixture of olive oil and herbs. You can find more cheap and natural remedies for stretch marks at the link below.

Apply cocoa butter on a daily basis and I've also heard that Vitamin E gel tablets work great if you poke a hole in the pill and apply the gel to the stretch marks.

I think vitamin E helps.....I have tons of stretch marks they go from my butt all the way down the back of my leg to my knees like at least 1 every cm. I even have them on my shins. I just deal with them.

pink baby lotion but you have to use it everyday
3 times a day.

No unfortunately!! but prevention is better using body shop cocoa butter. If you already have them take heart you are so not on your own!!!
