Start - all programs - accessories - system tools - Disc defragmenter.
That will open up the defragmentor window.
Select the drive you wish to defagment (on most it would be C drive) then defragment it.

Goto Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools _> clik on disk defragmentor and clean up ur hard disk.
To delete Temporary internet files, goto Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet options -> Clik on the button which says "delete files" and delete all the temporary internet files.
And plz dont do anything with the registry keys as u need professional elp to edit those.
All the best.

Start your computer in safe mode, tapping the F-8 key, as your computer is booting up..Then go to programs--accessories--system tools--click disk defragmenter..It will run faster..then on your toolbar, click on tools--internet options, then hit the delete button, it will delete your internet temp files, history etc..will go faster..I do not know about the unused registry keys, never heard of it..Good Luck..
