Of course he COULD. And they could also lie about the weight limit, its pro wrestling, there is no weigh in. But the real answer is has WWE management (read Vince McMahon) forgiven Hardy yet for his little blow up against Edge and Lita a few years ago? Since he's come back, he's pretty much been jobbed out.

If Chavo can win cruiserweight belt i think Matt can do it because he has the potential and he is a great wrestler

no, because matt hardy is 236 lbs. the limit for cruiserweights is 220. therefore, matt hardy dosen't qualify as a cruiserweight. but, don't be suprised in the near-future if they put the c-weight title on davari.

No coz he's too heavy(barely) but I don't get it coz he was Crusierweight champ like 4 yrs. ago so he must have gained weight
