I just saw snippets of the judgment being passed in favor of Howard Stern by Judge Seidlen.. and frankly.. WHAT a joke!!!

I can't BELIEVE how bad the lie machine has gotten.. I can't BELIVE the legal system in America any more.. its SO OBVIOUS to an outsider that the entire thing was rigged and set up.. and that the outcome was foregone.. CLEARLY Howard Stern has a lot of power and the judge (who became a judge at only age 28) is some stand in for these cases.. He even cried !!!! WHAT JUDGE CRYS??????

I'll never visit USA.. NEVER!!! You legal system makes it too risky.. after all.. you can be murdered, setup and then robbed blind.. and apparently.. there's democratically elected judges who will turn a blind eye or simply not question facts!!

I hope there is outrage!!! there should be!!

Well, you have your facts wrong. The judge did NOT pass judgment in favor of Howard Stern. The ruling was that Daniellyn, as next of kin, had the right to decide what to do with the body. It was the attorney for the baby who made the decision on burial.

Your right and i am sure the higher courts will put this under serious review the Judge's actions and comments are purely wrong the Judge should have been withdrawn from the case. I have the same feelings about her and her son being murdered and i have a strong feeling about who it is and what you do in the dark always comes to light its Karma and the baby girl most likely is none of the guys that is fighting for her and wouldn't that be some shi* and that poor baby will be put with someone that is just as greedy and that is Anna's mother she seems like that is all shes about is money.

visiting America is easier than visiting any other country.
Get some info on the places you would like to visit and come have a good time. You will not be disappointed.

I met some guys several years ago that had come here from Australia and they were on holiday for 9 weeks. They picked some major cities they wanted to visit and never even made reservations at hotels. They were the coolest guys and we kept in touch for several years afterward. They loved America and it's openness to travelers.

You should not judge America by what you see on television. Americans are not all stupid, arrogant, trouble makers. Most of us are kind, considerate and love to hear about your country and love to show you around our beautiful country as well.

I agree too. Our justice system is a joke. 3 white girls in Long Beach, CA got beat up by a mob of underage black kids, they were yelling racial slurs at them, saying "F white people" and they only got 60 days house arrest. What a joke. This whole Anna thing is stupid too. That judge should be removed. I think the media shouldn't be in the courtroom because it just makes it a big show. Look what happened with OJ.

And, Howard K. Stern killed her.

You are correct, the system is broken. It all boils down to money. The legal system in the US and many other contries is run by money. To be honest and unbiased, it must be FREE. There are attorneys who will not take cases because there is no money in it, other just because there is money in it. Money talks and bullcrap walks. People file lawsuits hand over fist and get MONEY. You can be a perfect stranger on the street, and someone could come and accuse you of injuring them. Its a total and 100% complete lie, but you have NO recourse. You will go to trial, spend lots of money defending yourself for something you never did, and paying out the butt in the end. The Anna case is a prime example. She was rich, her now deceased husband was rich and they all want a piece. If she was a poor tramp, no one would give a rats....

The trial was in the Bahamas, not the US. No one killed Anna, it was either accidental overdose, or possibly suicide. Howard Stern (the lawyer, not the radio personality) won the case because he was her boyfriend at the time of death, and had a video of Anna saying she wanted nothing to do with her mother.
Judges in the US are not elected anyway, they are appointed, but I don't know about in the Bahamas.

Her situation does look suspicious. We're still waiting on the answer to who killed her. This may never be solved. It was done in way that the murder is to remain a mystery. It may be compared to other strange and unsolved cases like who blew away JFK and who murdered Marilyn Monroe. What's upsetting to me is the media is covering this story like a they would any tabloid story as apposed to the way they would a murder story or suspicious death. It's like a huge joke with a sick punchline!
