If it has nothing to do with their life than who cares? I'm straight, and I don't care what sexual orientation someone is.

Right on. I am straight and have several homosexual friends and relatives. I see nothing wrong with it in any way. I am all for supporting gay marriage, because I think that ALL people must have equal rights, no matter what their sexual orientation may be. I really couldn't care if someone is gay or straight.

What I do have a problem with is the Bible-thumpers. I am Christian and I am tired of people wrongly interpreting the Bible (saying God hates homosexuals when the Bible says nothing of the sort). What happened to 'Love thy neighbor as thyself"?

I think people make such a big deal about homosexuality because they are afraid of being 'turned gay'. This is NOT POSSIBLE, PEOPLE! Being gay or straight is not a choice.

I think being gay is absolutely fine. There is nothing wrong with it, they do not harm me in any way. And as far as people saying to read the bible, well they hve not read it good enough cause the bible also tells you that you are not to judge. Most religions think its a sin. And to those who do believe it is a sin, it is human to sin. Most christians consider adultery a sin, how many christians cheat on there spouse, is this beter or worse than homosexuality? So I find nothing wrong with it, I am straight also. More power to them. And good job for doing what you want!

That is my friend a self centered way of thinking, not very good as it is non chalant and uncaring as to how it affects a entire community. I have had many homosexual encounters, but never once did I ever have the conscious desire to sleep with another man, but I see how it is noxious to the mind, how it seeps into the heart and lead many men astray. I love then truly I do, but I must neer compromise the truth. It is the inactivity of people, that can take a youg man who is troubled and help him Thru Christ to find his place in Gods kingdom. Get involved my friend, care about someone else.

In my point of view, people care so much because of their religion, the way that they were raised and other reasons. I have friends that are lesbian, gay, bisexual, and not sure what they like. i don't care because i was taught that it is not good to judge people because of who they are and what they like in any kind of way. Only a problem when my friends try to get involved when I told them before I'm not like that. I hope this answer is good enough for you and I also hope that you got what u need out of it.

Neither do I and I am straight too as their sexual orientation makes up such a small percentage of who someone really is.

These are people who are not happy with their lives and they do not have anything better to do.Unfortunately society is still very cruel. Gays are human beings like any other person who have the right to live their lives and be respected. I am straight but my son is gay and I am proud of him for the wonderful person he is.

Well, if you're gay and want to have a carnal relationship with someone of your same gender, it definitely matters whether the other person is gay.

Common sense, it's called like that.

As long as they don't pressure me into anything, I say who cares! Let them live their own life and give them the same rights that hetero sexuals have.
