You look to have a very solid offense, but your pitching may be your downfall. Lackey is a solid SP that contributes in nearly all pitching categories, but the others are not all well-rounded contributors. Wang doesn't strike anyone out, and you always have to worry about a pitcher who can't make anyone miss. Also, your closers are aging and some reports have them as leading candidates to lose their closer jobs (Zumaya is a much better pitcher than Jones and if Wainwright doesn't switch to SP he could challenge for saves). I would first look on the waiver wire for guys like valverde, torres, borowski or tankersley who should help you in saves before looking to trade. Otherwise, you do have a lot of offense that you could look to deal for some pitching help. Unless you upgrade your pitching, I fear that you might score well in offensive categories but lack too much in pitching.

A really good team on paper (or HTML). You should back up Todd Jones with Zumaya, Jones is almost ready for social security and Zumie will take over at some point this season which would leave you with one closer who finished last year in an operating room.
I don't know if you like betancourt but you have 3 SS's one of which is also your 2B, but he would be a candidate to dump for Zumaya. The other candidate would be Capuano. Most of your pitchers are young and for the most part unpredictable but look like future stars. Capuano is the only one who has a track you can count on, and what you can count on is half the time he is good and half the time he is not. The hard part is predicting which half you get today. So I think if you are going to build a young pitching staff - go all in, count on Chien and Lackey and the rest is gravy. But get rid of Cap for closer help.

As I was writing this I noticed, you only have 19 players in your league? If each team only has 19, either you have 20 teams in your league or there are much better options on waivers at SS and 2B. There is no intelligent possible way to end up with Betancourt at SS if you have 12 teams with 19 players.

Yes, this is a very good team.
somehow you manageed to obtain both the AL and NL MVPs from last season.
Your pitching is inconsistant however, and i would likely suggest that you try and trade Justin Morneau for an established pitcher.

your closers are a little iffy as well.

Its a good team definitely in the batting department. Your first 4 picks will definitely get you some HR's, RBI's and a decent avg.

Your pitching is a little suspect though.

Closers aren't bad but you drop a bit in K's after Lackey.
