I've seen girls wearing black nylons with a jean skirt and fold over boots or pumps. What do we think about this?

This is a current fashion trend. The runway shows in Paris, New York and Los Angeles all are showing designers who have incorporated the black tights into the look they have created. The saying is so true "everything old is new again".

old school ho's maybe as we might hope that black stockings of any kind would never make a comeback. If they do then women will prove that they are not the flashiest trout in the stream = dumb.
