Hmm.. ok i guess its a start up problem.. U do one thing.. Just goto "Start" -> click on "Run" and type "msconfig" in the space provided and clik on enter. A screen'll open having many options. Clik on the "Start up" tab, and remove the tick mark on the folder (if u find any) or if that doesnt work goto to the "Services" on the same screen and try removing the mark if u find the name of the folder there. Now u log out and login again to test whether the same error is happening again. I think this shud help. All the best.
