Our system protects sex offenders from general population once incarcerated. Should this be their right or should they lose this right; The way a child loses their right of innocence once offended?

Whether or not they are put in general population, the still are killers .If they took the innocence of a person and started a life long chance that that behavior will continue. Sex offenders can say that they are mentally ill and be put in a hospital lives but what of the lives that they hurt, they will live with the nightmare the rest of their lives with out a chance of parole.

You have that wrong. Not all sex offenders are protected. They must first ask for it.The term Gen Pop is there for a reason. They don't care if you murdered somebody or stole $50,000 in a bank robbery. Everyone gets tossed to the pit.

The one true great thing about prisons is the Hierarchy of prisoners. I love the fact that Sex offenders are the bottom feeders and die first.

Personally, I think they get whatever is coming to them and in the prison system the two lowest offenders are rapists/child molesters and snitches.

However, legally the prisons do have to protect any inmate that they are aware is in danger. If a prison has information that one of the inmates is in danger and doesn't do anything that amounts to cruel and unusual punishment. We may not like it, but our system is in place for a reason and everyone no matter how disgusting their crime was has rights.

I feel other people should have the right to know where they are living so they can protect their children however no one has a right to just walk up to somone and beat them up/harass them for no reason. If an adult is worried about a sex offender who lives in the area they should do the same thing they would do if they were worried about a drug dealer in the area.
contact the cops
inform other parents in the area of the possible problem
and talk to their kids

I believe the Catholic Church has been taken over by the jesuit order/ freemasonry. The symbolism they use is just screaming polytheism. However, homosexuality and child abuse has been endemic in the church for a very long time. Lately it has gotten worse. The Church is clearly in favor of abusing children. I went to catholic schools all the way through college. I know what symbols are catholic, and which are pagan. This Pope is coming right out and telling us he is a pagan. Even his name suggests that. I believe that he is an agent of paganism and world government as much as Obama is an agent of banking and elites. I am not Catholic, but my high school and college was great. The priests were truly good men. What the church has become is a shame.

Nope. They deserve what they get. That child will be scared and will have problems for the rest of their life.
They loose whatever rights they had when they committed the crime.

I wish every child molester in prison had the most hairiest he/she thing with a Di*k the size of a horse, bend them over and ram them good every day they are in prison. Plus whatever else those other prisoner can think of.

"Let the punishment fit the crime"

However, I do believe people that committed violent crimes and non-violent should be house separate. I think there is hope for some of those that are non-violent.

Nah. I say let the general population do what the sex offenders did to those kids. An eye for an eye son.

I think they should be rounded up and all shipped off to an island where they can never leave and then they can only "offend" eachother...
I also have a problem with the word offender, they are abusers, they ruin lives and don't deserve a second chance becasue they can not be rehabilitated...

Unfortunately, even sex offenders have rights. They would have utter chaos in prisons if they were in the general population. To maintain control, I think it is necessary. I wouldn't want someones life on my conscience by throwing them in the midst of a bunch of wild animals...whether they are a sex offender or not.
