He is 43 in age. Blood Pressure is Nornal. No injuries in head. How can he stop this headache?

Most likely it is one of these 3 headaches: Tension, migraine, or cluster headache.
***Tension headache: dull, achy feeling on bothsides of head.
Tight feeling in head or neck muscles.
TIPS to reduce!
-Put heat pack or ice pack on head or neck.
-Take hot shower.
-Get plenty of sleep.
-Treatment! Can use over-the-counter nonprescription pain reliever to help.
***Migraine: intense throbbing or dull aching pain on one or both sides of head. Nausea or vomiting. Changes in vision. Sensitvity to light, noise, or odors. Fatigue and or confusion.
Tips to reduce!
-Lie down in quiet, dark room.
-Cold compress over forehead
-massage scalp using a lot of pressure.
Treatment! try over the counter prescription. Maybe need to talk to doctor if highly intense.
***Cluster headaches: pain begins suddenly, seveer pain usually behind or around one eye. eye and nose on same side as pain may become swollen, red, and runny. restlessness.
Triggers include alcohol, stress, and changes in sleep patterns. Change these habits.

If this is an extremely severe headache with other symptoms like numbness on one side, loss of speech, etc he needs to go to the Emergency Room now

Sounds like a stress-related headache. Possibly related to mid-life crisis. Is he happy with his job? Is he happy with his marriage? Is he happy with his family? Is he happy with his success? Is he happy with his friends? Does he exercise? Does he have any hobbies? Is he a work-oholic?

my dad got a necklace that is gold or silver and it is magnetic. before he got this he had headaches everyday and now he doesn't even hav one! i don't now where u get this coz we got it from my aunt but search that internet u never now u might find it.
