sorry you wasted your money caused me heaps of problems.I would get rid of it and load Norton Anti Virus.

Don't both reloading it...it is crap software that bogs down your computer. Go grab a free virus scanner like AVG and your system will run much faster. Get rid of McAfee.

McAfee was probably the culprit in the first place. It can cause nightmares on some pc's and it hogs system resources like nobodys business. It takes your pc over & behaves more like the spyware that it professes to rescue you from!
There are tons of small free anti virus/spyware programmes out there that don't mess with your puter......

If u have proof of purchase and have done online registration then only the Software vendor and the Customer care of the Company would help u.

I would switch to nod32. It won't slow down your computer like the bolated mcafee does.

you registered with them when you installed it the first time they have your 1 year registration. go to website and contact customer service
also with either cable or dsl they provide it for free

hey first go to control pannel then uninstall the macfee software then again install it .
