It is a very difficult question to give a correct answer as there are many contenders for the award and no one knows at this point of time what will be the form of the contenders during the world cup matches. Hence it will be only fair to keep our fingers crossed and wait for the performance of the players during the world cup.

In my point of view Sachin Tendulkar will be the man of the
series world cup 2007.He is one of the best player in the world.
He is master in the world cricket for ever.He will blast for India

Brian Lara will be the top player. It is his last world cup in his home land. He has yet to prove himself in this competition and he is a player who often excels in setting records etc.

there are many for the man of the series to be from south Africa like Shaun Pollock or Graeme smith.
India has little chances. from India it can maybe be Tendulkar or sreesanth or even ganguly.
It depends on how they play.
