Yes, a lifetime of this. It goes back to the worth I felt as a child to those who did their best to love me. It has taken me a very long time to raise myself above this, and to experience how I could overcome this. Guilt, control and manipulation were things that were used to control the outcome of what others wanted to have happen. I have learned that my worth has nothing to do with others who don't have my best interest at heart.

Haven't felt unworthy yet.. I'm here on earth for a reason.. I don't think anyone should feel that way, cuz if they really are unworthy, they wouldn't exist in the first place. =)

Yes, i have guilt issues (probably from an abusive and traumatic childhood) that come back from time to time... but i fight the impulse to hate myself for what i've done and shoce to learn from my mistakes instead of mentally self-flagellating.

Yes, at times. But then I will ask what to do to get better and improve myself. The only way to cure it is to conquer it by excel yourself.

Yes, but when I do I remind myself that God thinks I'm worth it, so I should too.
