i would use a mineral powder make-up on you since your skin is so young you may not have any of the blemishes and dark circles that us 40 yr olds have . maybe a bit of concealer on any red bumps and some mascara and a berry lip gloss
Try to stay away from heavy eyeshadow and liners, a good mascara will be all you need at such a young age let your natural beauty come through
as for your skin tone you ARE a Spring, that is , you'll wear warm pastels in the warm side of the color palette

The most important factor in choosing makeup colors is determining your skin tone. Here's how to determine your skin tone.

Warm skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear green.
2. Gold jewelry is more flattering than silver jewelry.

Cool skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear blue.
2. Silver jewelry is more flattering.

Look at your wardrobe and hold up a few items in different colors against your face. Which ones appear more flattering to you in a mirror with natural sunlight? Which colors are you drawn to?

If you are not sure, ask one or two trusted friends or family members who's style you admire.

As for color palettes:

1. Earth colors are considered to be more neutral and natural
e.g. taupe or brown eyeshadow, soft blush (Nars Orgasm), lip colors that are like your own but with a little oomph (Revlon Lip Super Lustrous Gloss - Cherries in the Glow)

2. Jewel colors are considered to be more dramatic
e.g. blue or purple or green or shimmery eye shadows, black eyeliner, bold blush, deep burgundy or bright pink lip colors

You can choose from either palette as long as the tones are flattering.

Check out the beauty school section of www.sephora.com for different makeup styles and instructions. www.cosmeticscop.com has good information too.

Specific suggestions: basic black mascara (L'Oreal FeatherLash or Maybelline Great Lash), a dark brown/coffee eyeliner or dark green eyeliner (Jordan Coffee or SmashBox creme eyeliner), and a lip tint (BeneTint, Clinique Almost Lipstick in Black Honey or Almost Red).

For your eyes, I would go with a purple liner and maybe a lilac or lavender shadow. The two colours also look KILLER with any brown hair and aple skin. Good luck dear!

A wonderful way to bring out those stunning green eyes is with eyeshadow. You’ll find that warm colors like deep purples, plums, mauves, lilacs, golds, bronzes, deep greens, coppers, browns, medium pinks, peaches, and apricots are all excellent choices for green eyes.

You should avoid cool colors like blues, silvers, whites and pastels since they can give you a washed-out look.

Another thing you might want to consider when choosing the right makeup for your green eyes is the color of your eyeliner. Black eyeliner tends to be harsh and it’s probably best to avoid it. Try browns instead, and for special occasions, golds or bronzes.

You should also take into consideration your blush and lipstick colors. For blushes, brown, rose and peach and apricot are all good color choices. Try brown, rose, mauve, plum and burgundy colors for lipsticks.

If you would like to take choosing the right makeup for green eyes one step further, your skin tone can also make a difference in the colors you choose. Dark skin tones with green eyes look best in colors such as mauve, bronze and medium purple. Medium skin tones with green eyes look best in colors like mauves, medium purples, and brownish pinks. For pale skin tones with green eyes, try colors like medium pinkish brown and medium purple.

A few things you might want to keep in mind when applying eyeshadows: Use lighter colors like peach, taupe or apricot to highlight the brow bone. Try darker shades like earthy brown, deep purple or green for the crease and medium shades such as pinkish brown, mauve or lilac for the eyelid.

Also keep in mind that not everyone has the same shade of green eyes, so while some of the colors suggestions above might work for you, others might not. It’s always a good idea to experiment with colors since it allows you to find the right shades that will work for you. Remember bringing attention to your green eyes will take a little practice, but with the right makeup, the results will be simply stunning.
hope it helps you.

try mixing your foundation with lotion then dusting powder on top.
than put a pinkish blush but then put some bronze sparkle powder over it. it makes it shine. outline your eyes with a brown eyeliner and curl your lashes.

if you want extra sparkle put some on top or your lid and under eye.
enjoy!
