I saw a story on the news a while ago about a website that you can go to and dial customer service to just about any company. This website allows you to bypass all the stupid options that you have you to choose just to get to talk to someone. Can anyone tell me what is the website?

I'm not sure which website has that information, but I can tell you that currently the best way to get an operator is to use the option for a spanish speaker. Even if you don't speak spanish it will put you on a shorter list to wait.

usually, if you just press "Zero" when you start going through the options, it will take you to a live person.
