I would say tee-ann-a and there is nothing wrong with the name, so do not listen to the negativity.

If I saw it I would pronouce it Tee-ann-a. I think only in Australia would they pronounce it with the -arn- in it.

The only definitive way to pronounce any name is to ask the person who's name it is. However a person pronounces thier own name, it is by definition, the correct way to pronounce it.
If you are giving a child a name, then the correct way to pronounce it is the way you want to pronounce it. That is, unless and untill the child grows up and chooses to pronounce it differently. A great deal of language is a matter of useage.

I believe that Tiana should be prounced Tee-an-na. Tee-ar-na would be wrong because there is no "r" inTiana.
