Yes it is possible! Many tubal reversal patients report falling pregnant very soon after a TR.

"jilldaniel" is correct TEST.

All women who have a TR should learn to monitor their ovulation and test for HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) the pregnancy hormone. The rationale for early pregnancy monitoring is to prevent a tubal pregnancy from progressing to the point of rupturing the fallopian tube. Rupture of the fallopian tube results in internal bleeding and requires emergency surgery. Pain in one side of the lower abdomen or pelvis, rising HCG levels, and failure to see a gestation sac in the uterus when the HCG levels are above 1500 may indicate a tubal pregnancy.

TR does slightly increase the percentage of tubal pregnancies, it does not increase other chances of miscarriage Just the awareness of them (40%+ miscarriage is common in older women who have not had a ligation).

Welcome to the roller coaster of emotion provided by the ovulation predictor kit and the home pregnancy test. Be informed but also don't stress, you need to be relaxed to see the Baby Dust. Unless you are pregnant with a sticky one, and have missed the 2WW (2 week wait) between the big O (Ovulation) and AF (Aunt Flo),

Here's praying that congrats are in order!
