honestly i didn't know hirer was a word, i wud hae thought the hirerer was the person hired it to somebody and the hireree was the person who hired the object....i think...thats best i cn think of.

we seldom use that word hirer, usually u just say employer, or someone from human resource, or a human resource manager,
