Some people say he teaches everthing and others say he teaches nothing

ummmm...........i would assume so, giving the fact that he did qualify to be a teacher!!!
if he touches you innapropriately....than that is a different story!!

I can't honestly answer this question, but I wanted to comment. The only way to 'check' and see if Mr. R is a good teacher is to review his curriculum, is he teaching the curriculum that the state has deemed appropriate? Is he available to meet with parents and/or students? Has he furthered his education since earning his teaching certificate? Just a few thoughts...
