New Orleans' football team are the Saints and an unoffical song of the city is "The Saints Go Marchin' On". In a tribute to the city after the devastation of Katrina, the song "The Saints are Coming" will donate proceeds to survivors and rebuilding projects. It plays on the saints theme and city connection to raise awareness of the ongoing needs.

I think it about the people who were affected by hurricane Katrina. They are waiting for God to hear and help by sending His saints (believers) to aid them. My guess...
