im 19 male and n0w only weights 50 kg. how can i lift some weights like other guys. what should i take ? what should i eat ? protein powder? some suggestion,,

drink like milk shakes fattening foods to bulk up try to gainlike 10 lbs in two weeks then start working out dont work out while your eatting period this helps because u not burning away the fat while working out now if u eat for 2 weeks and gain some weight work out for amonth or till it turns into muscle then keep do this untill you are at youdesired weight

Alright...if your lifting just to get strong eat a lot and lift hard. That's pretty much what football lineman and the men who go on that show thing (you know... were men go and flex and stuff like that....maybe Mr America or something like that) do. They eat a lot and lift a lot and right before their shows they go on a crash diet (not recommended). But ya, you don't have to take anything special, just eat and lift. Because if you take protein shakes and stuff like that...you'll get big muscles but they won't be very strong (for there size).
