Craft fairs, market stalls, organised events, music festivals. They are usually advertised in plenty of time for you to arrange a stall. The library or local town hall, tourist information centre, events centre, newpaper, have a list on forthcoming events.
Don't be afraid to ask the person on the desk if they know any numbers to contact. Get your own business card as well, and hand them out.
As you live just outside London, have you tried Camden? It's always heaving with people on a Sunday!
Good luck!

Regarding the spelling, "jewellery" is the correct UK spelling. "Jewelry" is the US English version.
Regarding the question, I would try local shops, craft markets, etc. I wouldn't bother with an online shop unless you have a good strategy for promoting it, and have a budget to do so. Setting up an online business isn't hard - the difficult bit is getting people to know that it exists.

Hi, I think you answered your own question...why not see if you can get a local(ish) shop to take a couple of your items on a sale or return basis ,get a stall at a flea market/boot fair/craft fair, and as already suggested give eBay ago,it's all about getting your product in front of people, gauging their response and acting on it .
Good luck :0)

Start your own website. There are plenty of low cost web hosts (you don't have to know html to create your own site) and you can use paypal (or another 3rd party) as your preferred way of payment.
Then advertise by e-mail, word of mouth, etc.
