Falcon, it's normal, during different times of the day to "hear" a voice or voices in our heads. It's part of the normal pattern of thinking, particularly when falling asleep or waking. The difference is that these thoughts tend to be 100 percent differentiated from actually auditory stimulation such as hearing a family member's voice as they stand in a room with you. The difference is in the knowing. I would suggest that if you are troubled with voices you go immediately to a physician. If the voices are giving you instruction, then you MUST head immediately to a local hospital as this could be the sign of some type of psychiatric condition, which needs to be treated. Good luck and don't feel afraid to tell someone.

You should go see a doctor. There should only be one voice in your head.

How do they sound? Try calming down and listening to see if they have anything to say to you. Perhaps your mind is overloading and you need to see the doctor for some meds.
