I think its great, it can help people to become what they want to be. I hope to have some surgery done when I have finished losing my excess weight (I will have lots of flabby skin left!).

It is very much up to the individual. I have contemplated Breast enlargement many times as I haven't developed any since I was 14. I can buy my underwear in the children's department at ASDA I am so small, but get by wearing push up and padded bras. I have got even smaller since having my children and it does sometimes get me, down, Although my husband has always said he loves my body the way it is, what man would refuse a slightly bigger pair of breasts?
At the end of the day, I'm not sure I would go to the extreme of having surgery, but perhaps it's because I know I would never be able to afford it anyway. I do fantasise about having bigger breasts, wearing low cut tops and flattering neck lines, but then I would find other faults with myself, like my teeth or my bum!
I would advise you to go to your consultation, it can't hurt and you're obviously serious about it if you've booked the appointment. Find out what it's all about, the pros AND cons and if you're still happy, you go girl!!!

I suggest that you cancel the appointment for now as you must be having doubts if your on here asking for peoples views and opinions. It comes across like your looking for approval. Cosmetic surgery may sound great but there are alot of risks that many people dont consider as they think 'it wont happen to me'. You could end up losing sensation in the nipple area, have lop-sided breats, hardened breast and get infections or even blood poisoning. Breast implants also dont lat forever and ideally need to be re-done every 10 years so you have the financial side to think about to. If your wanting bigger breats then buy 'chicken fillets' or invest in good plunge bra. I would say be happy with what you have as it could be alot worse. good luck

In the past I use to think that people just had breast enlargements for simple vanity reasons. This was until I worked with people who were undergoing the procedure. I then realised that there is a lot of psychological issues behind the operation, i.e. Confidence.
I would suggest that it is a large procedure and you will be uncomfortable for a short time afterwards, so please only have it if you feel you really need it. If this is the case, good luck.

If you have small breasts and the surgery would give you more self confidence then go for it. The only thing i dont like is when girls get more than 3 sizes larger breasts and then they look like if you touch them the skin is gona pop. It looks so much better if girls get 1-2 sizes bigger breasts and then sometimes (depending on surgeon and your body) nobody cant tell that they are not real.

My views are in the category of leers, but I think the business would be a lot less brisk if women didn't overthink things. They think too much about how guys think, and though we guys appreciate a nice pair, it's not nearly as big a deal to us as the fairer sex believe it is.

Dont do it,there is far too much that can go wrong, during or after the surgery.Learn to love your body for what it is and concentrate on all your good bits, everyone has parts of themselves they would rather change, but seldom do.Good luck though in whatever you choose to do.

I had it done 4 years ago, and yes I have had problems, and yes I would do it again. There are alot of risks that can happen but it is so worth it. My only advice is to not go to big some people say they would rather be bigger than smaller but I had them redone after a rupture and went smaller and am totally satisfied.

why would you slice yourself, to make u happy. read the stories of ppl that went thru this ordeal. they've suffered and they've been elated. the final deciision is up to u. but to mutilate ur body, for perfection, to conform to society's ideal body, to make u happy- thats way too much to sacrifice. accept what u were given with. i have boob problem, i want a breast reduction, then again i'm not going to go and get one cuz there's so many complications and i'll hate myself for getting one.
