I have a month old beard and now i am wondering what is the best most efficient way to shave it off with the smoothest and least irritation? Should i use sisscors and cut as much off as i can then take a disposible razor to it? or can i just go at it with the razor? I really dont know because i am 21 and this is the first time i have grown out my beard this far.

Go to your barber or stylist. That's what he or she does for a profession. Watch what he or she does and do the same thing the next time you want to shave off your beard. Might as well learn from a professional.

That really depends on how thick it is. I can grow mine for a month and it's very thick, but my cousin is 21 years old and if he tries to grow a month's worth of beard, all he has is some sideburns and a little peach fuzzy on his chin and a little under his nose. If it is thick hair, i would invest in a beard trimmer or use some hair clippers. Shave the hair shorter with the clippers using a number one length, and then shave with a razor blade. That's how I would do it.

def do not go straight with a razor.. trim down as much as possible, either with an electric sideburn trimmer or with scissors but you will feel pulling on the hairs if you jump right in with a razor.. use short strokes and make sure the beard with damp.. washing it with shampoo before makes it softer and easier to cut too.. good luck my hairy friend

Your best bet would be to use a set of electric trimmers for giving haircuts (like at a barber shop) followed by a razor.
Failing that you may be able to get it done with a razor but if it isn't working for you go to the sissors

If all you have is the scissors, trim the really long hair down as short as you can, and then use a razor.

Start with a trimmer, not a razor. Trim it and then shave it off.

Try it first with a new razor. Get your face real hot to start.

you know what?....hair trimmier machine is one of man's best friend. So bad you havent discovered that yet. you can cut your hair so short with it that you wont have to shave and with those short stubbles you will have that sexy guy look. And it works well in your pubic areas (so damn easy to get rid of hair on your testicles) and your armpits as well in case you are having problem with body odour. You wont regret buying one...try it.

You might want to use a hair clipper first
