I have to create a web page (for school) but i just can't decide about what should it be. any ideas?

How about showing your family tree?
Did your teacher give you a subject?
If I had to do a web page for school, I would do something that the user could interact with. Maybe have surveys for other kids - like, ask questions about how many hours each night they study? Or if they like the food at school - or what could the school do better. All these things would produce interesting results for the school and give you a good grade on the assignment.
Do you have programming experience? If not, I could point you to some sights that could help you.

If you get into web design, you'll be designing websites for other people, probably small businesses. So pick a small business you're kind of familiar with, change the names to protect the innocent, and make a website which makes them look good. Something like this will look good in your portfolio when you're trying to get real clients.
