I lowered my triglycerides from 697 to within normal rage in 30 days by taking all natural fresh bee pollen and eating steamed veggies and baked chicken. I got the bee pollen from beeroyalproducts.com because I found they refrigerate their pollen (most companies don't or they freeze dry it). It is only about 15 bucks and will last more than a month. Plus it will give him a lot more energy because of the B vitamins.

I know this may sound dumb, but other people will agree. My cholesterol has been very high as long as I can remember, until I started taking a garlic pill each day. My cholesterol level is now in the normal range for the first time.

eats loads and loads of quaker ooatmeal cuz taht stuff is not only delicious but reduced cholestrol,- according to me dad and hes obese and has a cholesterol problem. if u want oatmeal to taste better, add honey!, honey is really good, and add some flavorings, but make sure they're healthy. also eat garlic. even tho it tastes nasty and gives u foul breath, sometimes its divine. i honestly luv garlic. so u can chop the top of head of garlic off, put oil and/or butter on it, put in foil, bake at 400 for 30-60 minutes and it'll be silky smooth and tasty. or u can fry garlic and it'll be sweet. u can eat it raw, its the most healthiest wen u eat it raw, b/c u get the all the natural juices. it'll burn ur mouth insanely nd make u feel weird. but if u only do this with one clove a day, cholestrol will die or detriorate. garlic is cholestrol's natural enemy. good luck

One thing to keep in mind when dealing with vitamins it that they need to be kept in balance. There is a heart specialist in Ca that recommends prenatal vitamins to all his patients (male and female) because they contain the building blocks we need.
Onion and garlic are in the same family and help break down the fats that are most associated with the problem. A clove of garlic can even be taken like a pill.

He needs to eat more soluble fiber. Foods like oats, oat bran, peas and beans, nuts, barley, flax seed, fruits with peels, and veggies like carrots are all high in soluble fiber. When you eat this type of fiber, it sticks to the cilia in your intestines. Then, when the cholesterol passes through your intestines from your liver, it sticks to the sticky fiber. Then, it is all sent out of the body by the usual way. This should really help.
